Brief:

 Dugbedugbe is an installation and performance art project reflective of the attitudes of several individuals and groups the environmental and climate change. Projecting a performative space, the dailies have become attributed to the constant degradation of the environment and all organisms. This installation session mirrors society. Dugbedugbe explores the present and impending future of human society concerning pollution and climate change and, in the same vein, pronounces the possibilities in the present.

The performance was conceptualized by James Notin, and enacted in collaboration with Ayankunle Moses and Olufela Omokeko. The performance was part of the Tantdile Xperimenta Lab project, Within the Trees, which was funded by the Prince Claus Funds, Netherlands and Goethe Institut.
